Thank you for shopping with Furtechco. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local postal conditions.
⚠️ Please Note: Due to the overwhelming viral demand for PurrSpa™ products — especially from our TikTok community — our fulfillment centers are currently experiencing higher-than-usual order volumes. While we are working hard to ship every order on time, slight delays of a few additional business days may occasionally occur. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time through the carrier's website.
Please allow up to 48–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with your shipment's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Furtechco. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@furtechco.com — we will do our best to update it before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 2–3 additional business days, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at support@furtechco.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
