At Furtechco., your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unassembled
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- The item must be in the same condition as received
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, pet grooming products that have been used on animals cannot be accepted for return. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers and their pets.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Furtechco. is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take product quality seriously. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@furtechco.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the defect or damage
Upon verification, we will offer you either a free replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for this resolution.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — it may take additional processing time
- Contact your bank directly
- If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at support@furtechco.com
Shipping Delays
We understand that waiting for a package can be frustrating. However, refunds will not be issued for shipping delays that fall within our stated 7–15 business day delivery window. If your package has been stuck in transit for more than 30 days with no movement, please contact us and we will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used pet grooming products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
